Bright Eyes Tall Hardy Phlox is a lovely variety that bears lush panicles of pale pink florets with dark pink centers. It blooms in profusion with huge, 5 to 6 inch long flower heads for months when little else is blooming. The flowers are fragrant and showy, with brilliant, non-fading colors.
